I made my day worthwhile!

I have ever heard enough of this name....Topayoh Monastery... but i have never been there until then.Today, i happened to get there thanks to my friend SSK...I have been here for over 2 years but i've been only to Lavender & Eunos monasteries out of many monasteries in singapore. How poor i am!!
Though the linear distance between MRT and Monastery isn't too far(can say it's close enough to walk),we don't know how to go there by foot.So we went there by bus & it took almost 10 min & had to pass through 5 bus stops...
When i stepped into the compound, i was amazed by the splendid & big monastery building together with a dazzling golden pagoda on the top of the building. It's a 3 storey monastery & also the biggest monastery in singapore.
As today is a week day, there are only 3 or 4 people in the monastery. So it's very nice to say prayers, pay homage to the Buddha Statue & meditate in the peaceful & quiet place at that time of moment. After saying prayers & paying homage to the pagoda, we had took some photos of ourselves & the surroundings...On the roof from the third storey,it's quite pleasant to see scenery of the town..& especially the moving & varying colourful clouds.(i don't know why...in these days,i'm in love with the movements of the clouds & their varying pattern & colours).I do like this place really & decide to go there often whenever i'm free.
Going to the religious place like this make me feel full sense of peace & calmness in body & soul!
